Why: There are only a few fashion award shows we follow throughout the year, but The Daily Front Row's Second Annual Fashion Media Awards proved it'll be on our radar for years to come. The guest list was robust; everyone from Tom Ford and Marc Jacobs to Dakota Fanning and Laverne Cox showed up to celebrate one of the most tangible aspects of fashion other than the clothing itself. The beautiful crowd, the cocktails, and the grand room at the Park Hyatt proved to be the right formula for a great NYFW event.
