Adrienne Landau
Adrienne has made a name for herself as a fur connoisseur, but this season she's expanding to a RTW collection. She really took sport and couture to a new level and at times it was hard to differentiate between the two. "I took the whole thing to a sport level," she says. "I wanted to take the jacket and the shapes and what everyone wore with it and make it couture. It's like gym but you can wear it as couture." Comfort is key, and no longer do people want to stress about what they're wearing. Already we see the mixture of sportswear and craftsmanship in recent collections, but is it in the name of fashion or idleness?
