More Details: The the first solo venture from DJ Paul Sevigny (Beatrice Inn) is located on the first floor of the Tribeca Grand. His new club/lounge is sure to be a regular spot for many of NYC's biggest names, including the Olsens, Lauren Santo Domingo and the Brants. The graffiti art work (pictured here) was done by none other than Andre Saraiva.
