Last Friday, in conjunction with the release of their anniversary issue the week prior, NY Magazine celebrated it's 40th Birthday with a grand old party at The Hammerstein Ballroom.  The National and Grizzly Bear were there to help them out as were hosts Stella: Michael Ian Black, Michael Showalter and David Wain.  Most people were ecstatic to be among the guests celebrating the success of the magazine.  This guy was so excited, he didn't know how to contain himself.
