The Earth Awards Gala was held Monday night at the Four Seasons in New York City recognizing those who think green with "future-crucial designs" in the worlds of architecture, fashion, food, alternative energy, and product design. Last night's winner, Neri Oxman, accepted the eco-conscious award for her FAB.REcology design which "re-thinks ecology through fabrication ." She celebrated her win with other ecological innovators from across the globe striving to make the world a greener, better place. Guests to the black tie, Earth hugging affair included Charlie Rose, Kate Schelter, Young Duk Song, Amy Mullens, Paola Antonelli, Catherine Werderitsch, Lisa Benson, and Tim Porter.
