From The Tents: Derek Lam Hits It Out Of The Park, Herve Leger Meets Expectations, Donna Karan Falls Flat

    Derek Lam really took it up a notch with his Spring 2010 line, moving away from his normally urbane style and exploring colors and patterns, mainly star prints, which we love love loved. Herve Leger, who basically does the same thing every season, took a bit of a plunge by using denim for the first time. More story and photos below.

    Leger also did an interesting job playing with form by pairing structured bodices with flared skirts. More story and photos below... The big bust? Critics say it was DKNY, whose line is said by some fashion insiders to be a rip-off of Sonia Rykiel.
