Ladies Night was in full effect Tuesday as tons of starlets and icons from the worlds of music, fashion, the arts, and politics stepped out to be honored at The 2008 Glamour Women of the Year Awards held at Carnegie Hall. And what's a ladies night out without a dinner party? The honorees topped off an evening of inspiration and celebrated their achievements over dinner and drinks at The Southgate Restaurant in Central Park's Essex House.

Diners included Nicole Kidman, Jane Goodall, Debra Messing, Katie Couric, Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh, Fergie, Cynthia Rowley, Condoleeza Rice, Julia Allison, Tyra Banks, America Ferrara, and Jane Krakowski. Of course there were a few gents sprinkled throughout the room full of dames, including David Cook, Harvey Weinstein, Pascal Dangin, Jack Calhoun, and Nicole's hubby, Keith Urban.
