Social butterfly, Marina Albright, celebrated her 26th birthday Friday night on the second floor of her mother's (stylist Irene Albright) brand spanking new Cooper Square retail store/gallery MINA, named after the birthday girl. The dance floor stayed alive all night and there were plenty of drinks to sip, snacks to eat, and cupcakes by the dozens, of course.

GOTTA love this pathetic side of new york -- they keep coming to the city, shacking up 3 to an apartment and keep our condo prices up! thank you single 20 somethings!! when you're burned out in 2 years, we'll welcome the new crop... it's a never-ending cycle
