Mango Berry Pop

mangoThese pops are great for dessert - they are all natural, with only agave nectar and natural fruit juices for sweetener. They are 100 calories a pop and the mango provides lots of vitamin C, A, and fiber. Instructions: Gently push 6 oz raspberries into bottom of Popsicle mold. Place 3 diced mangos into mold on top of raspberries, top with 6 oz blueberries. In a liquid measuring cup, mix 2 cups of coconut water and 2 tablespoons of agave nectar, pour into each mold, about ¼ inch from the top. Insert Popsicle sticks into each pop mold. Freeze overnight.
