Co-owned by Jay Z, Bono, and Mario Batali, this West Village, Michelin-starred gastropub brings a British twist to the regular nightlife fare. Each ground beef burger is grilled rare, slathered with Roquefort cheese, and accompanied by shoestring fries. Be prepared for a long line. Celebrities tend to drop by for a late night snack, meaning the pig isn't the only thing that's "spotted."
