No, there's no crazy gold flakes or platinum crust involved, and yes, this vegan dish is surprisingly affordable. But that just means it'll be even harder to sink your teeth into one of these slices of avo heaven.
Innovative chef Jon Feshan of hot spot Kola House has combined New York's two favorite foods, pizza and avocado toast, to create this green, whole wheat pizza with a custom crust that's a blend between Persian pita and French baguette. It's cheese-free and dressed with radish, cilantro, sunflower seeds, and serrano - so it's both drool-worthy and totally guiltless. However, chef Feshan is only serving up 12 a night, and at just $18 per pie, they're sure to sell out early.
Summer Friday lunch, anyone?
