If the yellow umbrellas don't give it away, then it is the perpetual line that typically goes down to the middle of the block. Foodies refer to the best Halal truck in the city as "Chicken and Rice" or "Platters." But approach The Halal Guys cautiously, because the hot sauce is heavier on the hot, and there are various surrounding copy-cat-food-trucks that claim to be the real thing.
