Confession: I’m a serial breakfaster. Not cereal, per se—I eat oatmeal most mornings, only switching it up to eggs or toast when I can’t look at another bowl of oats. After all, oatmeal is fast, filling, and packed with flavor. But making oatmeal exciting is a bit of a challenge.
