Ever since it came on the scene, fans have been stalking this food truck throughout the city. And with good reason - the sandwiches here manage that perfect ratio of bread to cheese and come in bold flavor combinations like the Ham & Cheese (applewood smoked ham, Vermont aged cheddar and Coleman mustard on rosemary pullman bread) and the Bacon Cheddar Blue (double smoked bacon, NY state cheddar, Wisconsin Blue, caramelized onions and spicy pickles). And if a melty cheesy craving strikes but you can't track down the truck, you can also find their stand on the weekends at Smorgasburg.
