"It’s not a taco, it’s not a burrito, it’s a baleada," reads a sign in front of Smorgasburg’s Honduran food stand. 504 HN Market is currently serving up authentic baleadas made with thick flour tortillas topped with refried beans, Honduran cheese, cream and avocado. Another option, named “The Wild” (for the more adventurous — and probably hungover eater) includes avocado, eggs and chorizo.
