Foie Gras Ice Cream
It isn't a surprise that this comes from Odd Fellows. The Williamsburg ice cream shop hasn't done anything but surprise its customers. Their offerings include an interesting range of rare flavors, such as chorizo caramel, pink lemonade, and miso cherry. Their "secret menu" is announced weekly via Instagram and Twitter and that's how they launched their Foie Gras flavor.
