The Fluidity Bar. It's almost a sin that I haven't written about my friend Michelle Austin's brilliant fitness revolution: Fluidity. She's pretty big time. You may recognize her on one of her ever popular tv spots (most recently the Today Show) and as one of Keith Lissner's beautiful ladies from last fall's event. Regardless, look forward to my long interview with Michelle soon, in the mean time check out everything Fluidity, one of the ONLY gym classes I have set foot in the last year and a half. Not to be overly dramatic, but Fluidity changed my life. And I'm not the only one.
If you are dying for a ballerina's body you need to get yo ass to a class...fast! If you can't find a Fluidity class near you, be patient! For now, you can buy your own at-home Fluidity Bar with dvds to follow along with.
