What's On Igee Okafor's Holiday Wish List?

If there's one person whose taste we trust above all others, it's Igee Okafor. The dapper man-about-town, host with the most, and founder of men's style hub BOND OFFICIAL is the ultimate curator of all things cool and luxurious. When it comes to holiday gifting, his advice is, unsurprisingly, as thoughtful as it gets.

Where will you be spending the holidays?
I'll be spending the holidays in New York and New Jersey with my family.

Are you a last-minute or way-in-advance shopper?
If I see something my loved ones would like ahead of time and I am sure about it, I buy immediately. In general, I like to shop ahead of time to avoid the headache of last minute shopping.

What's the best gift you've ever given (or received)?
The gift of family, friendship and experience.

What's your go-to host/hostess gift?
Elevated taste is usually the theme. It has to be something an individual doesn't already have or something that they already do and will continue to use. It changes from year to year but it's always a tangible luxury product or experience that is functional. It could be a technology piece, a hand woven piece or an item that invokes a sense of nostalgia.

Favorite spots to shop?
It really depends on what I am shopping for but during the holidays, Fifth Avenue in New York is so magical to me so I spend a bit of time there. It has everything and with how much they put into decorations and music for the holidays, it's difficult to stay away. Bergdorf Goodman is a yes.

What's on your list to get?
The bare minimum. A few million dollars.

What's on your list to give?
Love, shared experiences, some Master & Dynamic products and some gorgeous fragrances I got to experience this year from Diptyque, Kilian, and Maison Francis Kurkdijan.
