Why: Global Lyme Alliance, the leading nonprofit organization dedicated to conquering Lyme and tick-borne disease through research and education, will hold its inaugural gala, “Uniting for a Lyme-Free World.” The night will honor four individuals—Carlos Brito, President and CEO of Anheuser-Busch InBev; Yolanda Foster, Bravo-TV personality and model; Ally Hilfiger, author and designer; and Thalía Mottola, pop star, songwriter and actress—for their ongoing work to find a cure for Lyme and tick-borne illnesses
