[Hilary Duff, Penn Badgley]. You might have noticed that we have a Gossip Girl of our own, telling us when Constance Billard's best are on the streets. Well they're back at it, filming the next installment following some Gramercy happenings. Hilary Duff is on set again, telling us that she's more than making a quick appearance on this season. It's time to place bets: Dan's love interest? Just friends (when does that ever happen)? A non-romantic character, like a new girl? Transfers are always a mysterious plot twist. Well we're curious to see, and fortunately the wait is not too long. With the premiere on September 14th (check out the very Hamptons-y poster, below), soon the college bound crew will return to our DVR list. We've missed them.
