How did you find yourself in the restaurant industry?

Sam: I was born into it! I guess I was made to have a career in hospitality, but I was able to find a niche of it that I truly enjoy and that definitely allows me to have creative freedom at ESquared Hospitality as the Creative Director.
Chloe: I sort of knew the moment I started cooking and putting out cookbooks that I would want to open a restaurant but I didn’t know if it would be sit-down or fast casual. I’ve just always liked the idea of feeding people and a restaurant seemed the best way to do that.
