The restaurant has such a chic, playful aesthetic. Where did you look for design inspiration?
Sam: Thank you! We actually worked with an incredible company here in NYC called Dekar Designs, they worked with places like Rosemary’s as well. Chloe and I have similar taste in design so it was a fun process working with them to curate a signature by CHLOE. look that was fun, airy and comfortable. We didn’t want people to walk in and have veganism or vegetables preached at them because Chloe isn’t like that – she’s more chic and playful just like the space. Additionally, we really wanted to allow guests a comfortable dining experience from morning to night by dimming the lights and raising the music!
