What are the common misconceptions you hear about vegan food?

 Chloe: A lot of people think vegan food isn’t filling or exciting or you eat the same thing every single day. Others think it’s all tofu and vegetables… but it’s so much more than all of that! At first I was vegetarian but then realized my diet was all cheese and it was making me feel pretty gross. I decided to make the switch and it opened up a whole new world of creative, exciting, and delicious dishes. Nut-based milks and sauces, lentil/chia/quinoa based burger patties… there is so much you can do with vegan cuisine. My favorite thing to do is to take a dish that’s not vegan and then think about how to make it vegan.
Sam: I’m not vegan at all, actually, but I love the dishes at by CHLOE. – and I’m not just saying that! As someone who wasn’t vegetarian or vegan, it was definitely a foreign world at first. You can easily assume it’s raw and bland (aka bird food), but Chloe sort of blew the lid off of that misconception and by CHLOE. is able to introduce people to what vegan food actually is or SHOULD BE. I always refer to Chloe as a mad scientist because what she creates from whole ingredients and veggies always seems to blow my mind!
