How did that shift into yoga and acting?
I was always practicing yoga throughout the time I was here, like when I got to New York I fell in love with Jivamukti yoga. It's one thing to practice, but it's very different to teach. I'm teaching at the same place, Jivamukti Yoga studio. When I went to my teacher training in Costa Rica, I realized that I wanted to do acting. I was a dancer when I was younger, but when I went to college and focused on health I left that artistic side; you can only focus on one thing at a time. I reconnected with that side in my teacher training, so that got me into acting. So now I think I'm doing two things that I really love, and I still have some of my nutrition clients that I still love to see, and I have my blog.
