For someone who is interested in mindfulness, what do you do as a New Yorker to tune out all the distractions?

I think it's important to have a regular practice of something to get you back in your body, because it's a city where we're constantly in our heads all the time, and our minds are working, it's really important to arrive and be here and feel grounded. Hopefully something with a little more mindfulness, that's why I like yoga personally. It's about bringing in the mind-body aspect.
