How do you stay active when you’re traveling or on tour?

I put it in my calendar! I put in my calendar at 9 am I’m going to workout, or at 7 pm I’m going to workout. I always find a gym before I travel, I always pack some snacks and food and don’t assume they’re going to be there. Or on the plane. I make sure that I try to move every day. If I have to take a day off the week, it’s usually a saturday, and usually the night after I go out. I also I try to relax, chill out a bit.
