This just came recently, pretty much a year ago. We just decided that Hannah and I both needed the same thing. I partnered with a friend, not only because there’s a bunch of times we’re double booked, so you can’t do both things, but you’re also just building relationships at the same time. Two offers will come in for the same night and you can’t do both physically, so you might as well share the love. You do that for so long and you might as well represent other people who work in similar spaces, so you can help them out and help them get work, and once you formalize things, it becomes much better.
