Keep moving. You have to keep moving and keep doing different things. You have to not be afraid. I’m never afraid to try new things and experiment. Has it all worked out perfectly? No, but you never really know 'til you try. I think that's what this business is! As long as it doesn’t land you face-down or in jail, I think you should give it a try because that’s what this business is. Look at what fashion is: every 6 months, fashion designers show something new. So how can we working behind the scenes not be able to constantly move as well? It’s about embracing different platforms and social media and having that dialogue and embracing technology because without any of that, we can't sit here and pretend it doesn’t exist. You’re just going to get left behind. I think that’s the biggest thing.
Definitely! Pick up on everything. So you appreciate social media?
Pick up on it, invest in it, be in it, you know, embrace it. It's about being in it in an authentic way. I’m in it, like, I actually genuinely like social media. There’s a lot of people that don’t like it and I can tell, and it’s annoying to follow them because they don’t really want to do it. You want someone who’s engaged in the way that they talk to you.
