Can you tell us a little bit about how you got your start in interior design?
I had been working in commercial real estate for a few years, and although it was slightly creative working in marketing, it wasn’t my passion. In 2005, I took a pay cut to work for a very high-end interior designer, and it was the best decision I ever made. While working for another designer, I started working on my own projects, which allowed me to go out on my own eventually.
