What makes you guys different in the market?
Oscar: We’re a taqueria. So we are entirely committed to creating the best tacos. There’s plenty of other Mexican restaurants in New York, but I haven’t seen anyone doing what we’re doing; the flavors, the produce, the service. In Mexico, everybody is so open and warm. You go there and find yourself being invited into homes for dinner by strangers. It’s that famous Mexican hospitality that make people love the country so much, and that’s what we want to create in here.
