What are a few things that inspire your work?
I'm inspired (and angered) by the objectification and over-sexualization of the female form in art/advertising/entertainment and music. I'm angered by our society's misogynistic use of language and the subtle ways we keep women downtrodden. I'm also incredibly inspired by the people around me who continue to challenge the status quo through their activism, writing, art or discourse. I'm inspired by life cycles and nature... the continuum of life into death, day into night, and so forth.
