You mention in your blog that you prefer to run outside rather than on a treadmill. What are your tips for protecting your skin and staying hydrated while working out outdoors?
I always make sure I have sunscreen on before I go for a run and wear a hat to cover my face where my skin is even more sensitive to the sun. And I always take care to reapply my sunscreen every two hours. Carrying a water bottle is tough so I make sure to hydrate an hour before I hit the pavement then drink a coconut water afterwards for extra hydration and electrolytes.
