Peter: “Jed Walentas and I found the building and really wanted a great food and beverage partner, not just someone to lease the space to but a real partner in the whole project. Andrew (Tarlow of Marlow & Sons) has been in the neighborhood for a decade and a half and obviously has a nice following that really trusts him and what he does and interestingly he had been talking to lots of people about how much the area needed a hotel that really belonged in the neighborhood."
