[The daily additions menu at Parm] Would you ever open a high end American Italian restaurant in Italy? Mario: “I would love to do that.” I would love to see that! Mario: “I would love to at least do a social experiment. I have always wanted to do a project in Italy, I lived and worked in northern Tuscany.” I think you have to do it! It would be a cool documentary… Mario: “I agree – it would be very interesting.” Jeff: “There would be nothing better than Mario putting up a meatball parm flag in Italy.” (laughs)
