What's the most surprising thing you've learned since starting in on this venture?
We have four main components to our business at Fort Gansevoort and we’ve learned that we have to provide constant love and attention to all four of them. If we neglect one of the pieces, they’ll begin to lag and we don’t plan on letting this happen. It’s also very surprising and flattering how many people walk into Fort Gansevoort to thank us for what we’ve done. They say thank you for doing something organic and thanks for doing something original and thank you for doing something that seems genuine. And that means a lot to me and Adam.
