Halloween in NYC is crazier than New Years. When it falls on a Friday, things get out of control. The long cab rides (if you're lucky enough to find one), the crazies in costumes, and the numerous decisions you are presented with are enough to drive a person insane! Which is why, we are THANKFUL that we made it to Monday and can put the insanity behind us. We can now enjoy sifting through the photos from the safety of our desks. We will be taking a look at various parties that took place on Friday and try and give our best assessment of the hits and misses starting right now with Rose Bar. Jessica Hart helped Nur Khan and Scott Lipps host the party that infamously draws some of the biggest socials out. Fabiola Beracasa, Genevieve Jones, Jeremy Piven, Derek Blasberg and Starvros Nicharos were among the guests that weren't afraid to venture to Gramercy Park Hotel in costume.
