    JFK with kids on Halloween

Halloween happens all week long in NYC which is why I put this handy little guide together for you of the best Halloween parties going on in the city that never sleeps. NOTE: this is strictly a Halloween list, visit our full NYC Nightlife calendar for more happenings.

    Tuesday:

The Central Park Conservatory's 13th Annual Halloween Ball: At the Bandshell in Central Park. Cocktails are at 7:00 with dinner and desert following. This is one of THE Halloween parties to be at for the social elite set. There is a costume contest with prizes courtesy of Chanel. Black Tie, Masks, and costumes encouraged.

RADAR Magazine's Vampires & Victims: As stated on Friday, when we heard of the unfortunate collapse of the Magazine, this will be one heck of a party if it really happens. It's set to happen at the newest hotspot "Citrine" and features DJ Jedi.
