Pumpkin Cocktail
At first this drink might sound a little weird, but it is the perfect Halloween cocktail. The color and flavor will get all of your guests into the Halloween spirit.
What you need:
- 2 oz. Portland Potato Vodka
- 1 1/2 oz. pumpkin puree
- 1/2 oz. fresh Meyer lemon juice
- Cinnamon sugar (for rim)
How to make it:
First, rim glass with cinnamon sugar. Then, combine all ingredients, shake, and strain into glass.
