Choose Soda Water Over Tonic

Even if you make the right call when picking your poison, sugary mixers can be your downfall. Fruit juices can contain upwards of 100 calories per cup, and tonic water packs over 80 (plus 21 grams of sugar!). If you want to add an extra kick to your drink, always go for calorie-free soda water.
