Your heart rate is where it should be

"People who are in great physical shape, have a lower heart rate," Bodybuilding.com TEAM Athlete Nikki Walter, told us. Their heart pumps more efficiently and harder (strong beats). Check it in the morning for the most accurate reading. A normal heart rate is from 60-100 beats per minute (bpm). A number higher than this may indicate high blood pressure, heart disease or other concerns.
