Hot Yoga: Hot on Yoga

Just like the studio’s name, you will feel pretty hot on yoga (temperature-wise). Hot Yoga is like all other yogas, except that you need to maintain your asanas while the room temperature is kept at 95 to 100 degrees. The heat not only helps you to lose more weight but also helps the body get rid of toxins faster.
