Hydrate or Die-drate

SoulCYcle

If the sexy instructors aren't enough to make you thirsty, how much you sweat during a SoulCycle class certainly will. Sweating is kind of implied when you're signing up to speed-peddle on a bike for 45 minutes. What is not implied is that you will be losing more water than during your last Bikram class. While the blaring beats and motivational shouts from your instructor seem like enough to get you by, after about 20 minutes you might start to feel like your body is running on empty. I would highly recommend hydrating like you're preparing for a marathon before stepping into your first class. Bring lots of water to the class too, as you will be desperate to reach for it after your first hill, and the weights, and really at any moment possible.
