Do not attempt to be Gwyneth Paltrow

This will not work out for you. You will spend a shit ton of money on overpriced stuff, overhaul your life completely, and you will relapse. Why? Because committing to a new lifestyle so drastically and so quickly is exhausting and overwhelming. It is not just Gwyneth Paltrow's personal agenda to live like that, it is her JOB to live like that. And she has the money and time to commit to a lifestyle like that. I'm sure it took her years and years to even develop it.

And that's the thing: it's her lifestyle, not yours. Don't change yourself dramatically and don't live entirely in accordance to intense websites like Goop.

Take baby steps. You're doing a detox, so you're drinking tea, and those teabags come with meaningful aphorisms attached to them. Workout instructors dole out profound musings that you can apply to your own life. Kourtney Kardashian's app offers some lowkey but helpful healthy lifestyle advice. Seriously, I check it out all the time and she offers some great guidance. Your detox shouldn't be a painful deprivation process and a spending spree, it really should be enlightening.
