Almost Everyone at one point in their life has stumbled into a bar, tried to order a drink and heard "I'm sorry but I can't serve you, you've had too much." Ah Yes, these words conjure up fond memories of freshman week and praying to the porcelain gods, but now they might bring back entirely different memories.
That's right, Mississippi legislators have introduced a new bill that would, "prohibit certain food establishments from serving food to any person who is obese, based on criteria prescribed by the state department of health."
This is exactly the bill that we have been waiting for, someone needs to call Bloomberg up and tell him to get on it. New York led the charge with the smoking ban, but it seems we have been beaten to the punch this time on the fat ban; by Mississippi, yea Mississippi!
