A SoulCycle Senior Master Instructor, Stacey G’s classes sell out in under a minute and she doesn’t even teach from a bike. When we went to her class, she sported a sweatshirt that read “BRUSSEL SPROUTS,” drop-crotch utility pants and Kanye West x Adidas Yeezy high tops. She shares her love for kicks on Footwear News in her weekly column, “In Her Shoes.” She reminds riders to be mindful of what they do both on and off the bike—she told us everything we eat lives between our muscle fiber our skin, and to carry the positive energy we created in class with us throughout our day.
