Tinsley Mortimer has been tweeting up a storm this past week. She is preparing for tonight's grand premiere of "High Society" on the CW. The show, about NYC socialites is supposedly going to "tear down the golden facade of the socialite world." And we, for one, can not wait for the show to begin! 9:30pm EST!
