Jules Kirby is the hottest mess of High Society. We have only 2 more days until the show that is set to change the perception of "NYC Society" premieres, and it's still pretty much all we can talk about, as most of the characters were created right on this very site. And, a look at the latest trailer reveals that Jules Kirby, as suspected, is absolutely insane. WE LOVE IT! On first glance, one may not know what to think of Ms. Kirby. She has a fake website, a fake boutique, a fake friendship with Prince Harry, a possible connection to Julia Louis-Dreyfus, a fondness for racial slurs and for getting drunk. Now she's claiming that her portrayal on High Society is skewed and unfair. So will the real Jules Kirby please stand up?-

Page Six reported that Jules refused to come to the High Society premiere at SL after the producers used the now-infamous "N-word" clip in a trailer. But of course the producers were going to include that! And rightly so, as Jules and her hard-partying, racial epithet-throwing ways have become one of the most talked about and anticipated aspects of the show. Scallywag & Vagabond took a particular dislike, describing her as:

"..another no gooder who is getting off on NY society for doing nothing more than dating money bags and coming from money bags herself. Please-your stench is unpalatable."

Ouch! But look...who's that in the comments?

And this is where it gets confusing.

If This Is Jules:

Then we think her attempt to defend herself on a website like ScallyWag is somewhat misguided (hey Jules, our comment boards are always open!)

"It is embarrassing and vile and I do regret ever trusting Dabney Mercer."

If this is in fact Jules, than the admission of her behavior as "embarrassing and vile" at least shows more self-awareness than Paul Johnson Calderon's gleeful excitement over his own embarrassing portrayal on the show. She definitely didn't need to drag Dabney into it--the socialite at worst misled Jules about her involvement on the show, but she certainly didn't MAKE her act and behave in the way she did.

"It is ok to come from moeny as long as you give back and I do. I even run marathons."

Yeahhhhh, running marathons isn't giving back.

If This Is Not Jules:

Why would someone do that? Maybe the same person who used to manage JulesKirby.com, which was made up to look like Jules' personal site but included pictures of the dress she ruined and her arrests. This guy obviously really, really hates Jules.  She emailed him to try to buy her domain back, to which he snarkily replied:

Jules has presumably since been able to buy back the site, as it's been overhauled within the last week. But all of this has us very confused about the real Jules Kirby.

Everything we've ever known about her has fit with what we've seen on High Society: she parties, she's uncensored, she gets into scrapes. But reality shows DO, by necessity pick a villain for their shows and edit accordingly. If someone could with amateur web design skills could make her look bad, imagine what a professional Hollywood editing team can do.

So who IS the real Jules Kirby?
