Sip an anti-Valentine's cocktail (or three)

Be mine? Nah, be WINE. Lot45 in Bushwick is serving up some sips made with vino-infused Squish Marshmallows and Rosa Regale, a sparkling red. If you're already too drunk to leave the house, though, you can DIY it:

2 oz. Rosa Regale
½ oz. Tequila
1 tsp. Unsweetened Chocolate Powder
½ oz. Maple Syrup
2 oz. Almond Milk
Rosa Regale-infused Squish Marshmallows
Red sugar

 Method: In a cocktail shaker combine tequila, unsweetened chocolate powder, maple syrup and almond milk. Add ice and quickly shake. Pour contents into a sugar-rimmed martini glass and add Rosa Regale. Garnish with Rosa Regale-infused Squish Marshmallows (or marshmallow topper of your choice).
