Omar's La Ranita

Omar's La Ranita’s Easter Dinner menu is slated to be one for the books from beginning to end; the Rabbit Terrine’s traditional accoutrement garnish is composed of pickles, mustard, and hard boiled eggs. The pickles are from Omar’s exclusive ramps and fiddle head ferns. Chef Julian Proujansky will also be crafting a Special Lamb Dish adorned with local carrots from Norwich Meadow Farm. To end the meal on a high note, Chef has included a savory Cloumage Cheesecake, originating from a brand, new type of cheese invented on a Massachusetts farm – it will melt in your mouth!
