Cupid has set up shop in Refinery Hotel’s rotating sidewalk-level, Hatbox, to bring holiday cheer to local residents and hotel guests this weekend! Dubbed “Cupid’s Workshop,” the pop-up will be stocked with a kissing booth and luxurious gifts for sale…right in time for the day of love, Valentine’s Day! 

Outfitted with red and pink roses by Ode à la Rose, recently dubbed a "Chic Floral Delivery Service" by Harper’s Bazaar, Cupid’s Workshop will be the perfect Valentine’s Day moment for you and your love. 

Stop in for an array of activities:
*Get your photo taken with friends or your significant other by The Self Portrait Project in Refinery Hotel’s “Kissing Booth”

*Shop for chocolate and more 

*Have some love notes written by a calligrapher to add a special touch to your gift!

Cupid’s Workshop is open to hotel guests and locals alike February 13 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Valentine’s Day. In addition to a photo booth, the hotel will be offering a complimentary beer and wine happy hour from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Famous kissing scenes will be played on a loop—so get ready to relive your favorite kisses from Gone with the Wind, Casablanca, The Notebook, and other classic movies.

After you’ve experienced the pop-up, head upstairs to Refinery Rooftop, which boasts terrific views of the Empire State Building—sure to be lit up in pink, red or white. If you’re looking for a more intimate evening, visit Winnie’s Jazz Bar for a handcrafted yet refined cocktail, and live jazz music.
